Miley Cyrus looks as a cute as a button at last summer's Harry Potter premiere. I particularly love her acid wash skinny jeans and those heels are devine! Since her color palette is understated, I like how Miss Cyrus infused in a couple of key pieces of jewelry to make it extra special. I added the clutch to give this outfit a little extra punch.
